We are currently accepting application forms for the 2009/10 school year. Please fill out ALL fields of this form. Application process is not complete until a payment plan is in place.  

Tuition for the 2009/10 school year is as follows:

Aleph and Bet Students, K-2 (once a week only):  $900, includes all book and art fees

Gimmel-Vav Students, 2-6 (twice a week):  $1200.00, includes all book and art fees

Your credit card will be charged as follows:

Upon registration:  $100

The balance will be charged in three equal payments in September, January, and March.

This can be paid by check or credit card.  Please make checks payable to Chabad Hebrew School and send to:
